Found this cute triangle of coffee, Boa buns and smoothies, close to the equinox gallery! Sweetest service surrounded by angled wood everywhere at the Chance Cafe on the corner of Commercial street and Victoria.
As they mention on their Facebook page:

Have to admit I knelt down and had a private moment with that gorgeous 4-part outlet which looked to be centuries old...
The staff is very kind and the coffee was good. The Bao bun sadly suffered a Hagrid moment as I put it in my bag for later and it kinda got squashed, but was still tasty.
